1. Prepare one (1) 16.9 fl oz bottled water  (sip to make space) or 1 glass of water.
2. Add one (1) packet of QURE POWER to your water.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item and  send us a photo of the damaged order at service@qurewater.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy that allows you to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read the following information to understand the refund process:

Initiate a Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at service@qurewater.com. In your email, state the reason for your refund request and, if applicable, provide any supporting documentation to help us understand your concern better.

Refund Approval: Once we receive your refund request, our customer service team will review it promptly. We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or not. If additional information is required, we may reach out to you for further clarification.

Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the refund may take some time to be processed and posted by your bank or credit card company. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the refund status, please feel free to reach out to us at service@qurewater.com.

Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team at service@qurewater.com. We will investigate the matter promptly and provide you with an update on the refund status.

Please be advised that the alkalinity level of QUREPOWER's 9 pH may fluctuate based on the type of water with which it is mixed. Consequently, the resulting pH value may measure lower than the advertised 9 pH alkaline level.
